Genesis 36:32 names it as the city of Be'or, king of Edom, possibly a corruption of Di Nehavah (די נהבה) = "a robber's hideout" (cf 1 Chronicles 1:43), and therefore not the city's name at all, but a Biblical equivlent of a tabloid headline.
