Genesis 46:16 names him as a son of Gad (cf Numbers 26:15).
The name means "a festival" and is the Yisra-Eli equivalent of the Arabic-Muslim Hajj (الحج).
1 Chronicles 6:15 (1 Chronicles 6:30 in some translations, for reasons that you will have to enquire of the publishers) has a Chagiyah (חגיה), or it may well be Chagi-Yah, a descendant of Levi.
2 Samuel 3:4 and 1 Kings 1:5 have a Chagit (חגית), who was a wife of King David, the mother of Adoni-Yah (Adonijah).
Chagai (חגי) was one of the later and minor prophets of Yisra-El, usually rendered in English as Haggai. The name means "pilgrim".
