Genesis 36:42: an Edomite chief descended from Esav, possibly connected to a city of the same name. More likely the name of the city is being recorded here, the name of its prince forgotten.
Isaiah 25:12 and 17:3; Habakkuk 1:10 etc make reference to what seems to be the name of a single place, but in fact is probably a generic name used for several places, roughly equivalent to the Latin castra, "a fort"; for this reason some modern translations (such as the ones linked here) prefer to translate the name as "fortified city" or "fortress" or "stronghold"; which may be a case of adding interpretation to translation.
