The Gospel of Basilides

was composed in Egypt somewhere between 120 and 140 CE, and was probably an anthology (the correct technical term is "a diatessaron") of the four Canonical Gospels, with the text abbreviated to exclude those parts that failed to accord with Basilides's personal interpretation of Gnosticism.
